We encapsulate copper nanoparticles with our antioxidant polymer which ensures the copper does not oxidize and maintains its high conductivity and low resistivity. Much like silver nanoparticles, our copper nanoparticles serve as a considerably high standard alternative for those looking to have a high conductivity but are sensitive to raw materials costs.
Our ink and paste products use antioxidant wrapped nanoparticles as our base conductive conduit, saturated in our antioxidant polymer blend for 3D printing, offering double antioxidant protection of the copper. It is designed for high performance electronics but comes at a lower cost than silver-based inks. This product is ideal for printed circuit board industries, the solar panel industries, and communications industry along with many others.
We offer conductive polymers for a variety of uses such as: sensors, heating elements, RFID, and antenna. The polymers can be used and printed on a range of surface types including textiles, paper, metal and plastics. They are compatible with most manufacturing techniques including roll to roll, screen printing, injection molding, thermoforming, fiber spinning, and blow molding. It can also be made transient for sensitive applications.
